FOAM PARTY GOERS - Which one are YOU?

Dragon Boat trips have foam parties on board both during the day and evening sunset party cruises. I have been on many and never bore of people watching and trying to guess how they will react to the foam.
I have come to the conclusion that there are 3 types of behavior at play during this crazy half hour.
1. Voyeurs
This is usually most people at the beginning. Those who think '' I'm not going in that!'' '' I don't want to ruin my make up!'' ''I am far too sophisticated for a foam party!'' '' It's for the Young Uns!''
'' I can't dance!'' '' How tacky!'' '' I didn't bring a change of clothes!'' '' I just want to watch and laugh at everyone!''

Voyeurs are the ones usually sat on the upper decks so they can see EVERYTHING, keep out of the way and of course get the sunbeds (day trip!)
These are the people who like to assess a situation, get all the information, know what's going on.
Never ever would they make a hasty, rash decision like getting up to dance in front of everyone before knowing what song is coming on!! Hell no.
And no way would they want to copy a jolly pirate who is demonstrating the actions and dance moves to some daft music!
HOWEVER.... the Voyeurs do get immense pleasure out of watching the people who ARE up and at it! Those who are having a great time getting their groove on, building up to the release of the foam. Voyeurs still love a party and may even enjoy it more just by people watching. Let's face it - we all love having a laugh as people let their inhibitions go.......
2. Toe Dippers
The ones who really really want to get in there but maybe aren't quite brave enough. It may take a bit of coaxing to get the Toe Dipper up out of their seat at the start but deep down they are desperate to join in!
Toe Dippers could be thinking '' I want to get up but where do I go?'' '' What happens next?'' '' I want to dance but am shy!'' '' I really want to get right in the middle of the foam but think I will stay on the edge!'' '' I wish I was drunk!'' '' I can dance far better here in the Shallows!''

Toe Dippers are on the edge of the foam. They can dance and run in and out of the foam at their leisure but still have full control of how wet they get, whether their make up and hair is ok and of course get to dance to their hearts content with room to bust some moves. Not forgetting the mini stage just outside of the foam......once Toe Dippers get started they don't want the party to end! (I am a Toe Dipper by the way ;) )

3. Lovin' It Peeps.
Well, the Lovin' It Peeps are simply true to their name - they are just loving life and don't care
about their clothes or hair getting wet. They don't care what music is on as long as it has a jumping beat! They don't mind if everyone watches them. They just want to be up and joining in the dancing - right in the middle! And when that foam comes on be warned because you may just get swamped by all the Lovin' It Peeps who try and get directly under the foam!
Lovin' It Peeps are probably thinking '' Yeah!!'' ''Hell Yeah!!'' ''WOW!'' '' Let's PARTY!!''

They are never alone in the foam. They always have a partner in crime or a bunch of like minded mates who want to jump as high and crazy as possible. Lovin' It Peeps make sure they are completely covered in the foam - if you watch carefully you may even see one disappear in the white bubbles and pop back up again!

Which ever one you are I am sure you will get some enjoyment out of the Dragon Boat trip foam party. After all it is only half an hour or so of craziness - Watch, Dip or Love it!
Oh.

4. KIDS!!!!!!
Silly me - the obvious fans of the foam parties on Dragon Boat are children of all ages.......
